Necati YILMAZ
Born in1979 in Ordu , Mesudiye. He finish first and middle school in İstanbul and Ordu. He finished Hotel Management-Kitchen department. After he finished his school life, he worked various hotels as a food and beverages manager. At the same time he take in charge hotel's kitchens that he was worked. From 2005 to 2010 he worked as a kitchen manager Istanbul's famous and historical restaurant called Asitane Ottoman Kitchen. After 2010, he managed Matbah Ottoman kitchen. In 2015 he launched his business. Yılmaz, present forgotten Ottoman Palace meals successfully.
