As we know, a lot of companies interested in vacation rental service HomeAway closely. But finally, we heard about the news of Expedia Inc. bought HomeAway and its brands with paying $3.9 in cash.

After regulatory operations done, famous vacation rental service successfully merged to Expedia in 2016’s first quarter.

Expedia and HomeAway combination will be upset Booking.com which is the world’s largest hotel and vacation rental website  and famous home sharing service Airbnb.

As you remember, Expedia acquired Travelocity , Orbitz Worldwide and Australian service Wotif in last year.

HomeAway administrator board approved unanimously by Expedia and its global brands too.

That merges coming with some structural changes. So in the mid of the 2016, HomeAway started to add booking fee for its customers, Currently HomeAway just adding  booking fee from its host not the guests au contraire Airbnb.

Expedia trying to combine HomeAways vacation rentals of both United States and Europe but it takes some time for complete implementation.
