KIRINTI Restaurant: Excellent Flavors for the One Who Favors

35 years ago in a 35 square meter little restaurant Kırıntı opened its doors. Nowadays, they are opening their doors with the same enthusiasm but this time with four different restaurants in four different locations with the Customer Satisfaction leveled to the upper segment.

Starting with Moda in an August morning within 1981, Kırıntı has now branches in Nişantaşı, Bebek and the famous Bagdat Street in Istanbul. Kırıntı team had chosen to professionalize in the service sector, one of the riskiest but interesting sectors.

It was also Kırıntı the first to introduce camper buffet in Turkey. Unfortunately, the buffet could not serve for a long time but was the key factor to introduce the restaurant to the University of Boğaziçi and started the first steps in the catering sector.

According to its founder, Mr. Fuat Erdogan, it was not difficult to open branches but hard to keep the same service level within all the branches. Perfectionism.

Having a boutique concept, Kırıntı is always serving with the freshest ingredients according to the season. Keeping the standard and at the same time being innovative in menus is also two aspects Kırıntı is being professional.

Training is one of the most important factors for the team to be successful. No matter in which position the team member will serve, s/he is first being trained how to please customers. Every team member knows which ingredients are used in the food. Also the management members including Mr.Fuat joins the kitchen for assistance in order to keep the same quality level the customers are used to.

General Manager Elif Tahmaz plays a key role within the team and is constantly observing the atmosphere in order to step in wherever necessary.

Kırıntı team not only serves rich tastes but also is aware of the fact that guests visit them also to socialize.

If you did not have the opportunity to experience Kırıntı and the delicious food yet, we strongly suggest you to change this but also warn you that especially during weekends you have to be ready for long waiting lines .. Enjoy it.
