When traveling, especially at airports, maneuvering in the digital era of speed passion, searching for Wi-Fi passwords is quite a burden for a lot of travelers. A Turkish young engineer Anıl Polat, came froward with a genius idea and placed all airport wi-fi passwords on a single map.
Anıl Polat s is a computer security engineer. He literally got tired of trying to get passwords at the airports and kept a list of them, then shared it with the whole world. Although the map may not appear very comprehensive yet, it is so far the most functional service in its category.
The map is updated real-time by pilots and travelers. It also supplies info on the signals so with that information a traveller can find out which airport lounge gives the best signals in order to situate himself nearby if he lacks entrance to the lounge.
Polat uploaded all this information on an application called; Wifox. After downloading the application, the bonus is to be able to use it offline. The app’s downloaded from Apple Store for 1.49 pound and Google Play; for 1.79 pound.
