Early last year London Gatwick Airport opened the world’s first airport gin distillation in the North Terminal. As United Kingdom seems like not getting quite enough of the interesting moves in the tourism sector, now ladies and gentlemen, a 4-storey hotel called ‘The Distillery’ dedicated completely to gin opened its doors.
Founded by GED Feltham on December 16, located in a former pub, The Distillery overlooks the famous Portobello Market of Notting Hill. The Distillery holds 400 liters of gin distillation in the basement and on its first floor guests get to indulge in variety of gin coming from all over the world.
The second floor welcomes with GinTonica Bar and Restaurant where gin is served in the classical Copa de Balón style, adorned with ingredients such as lavender, orange and cocoa.
On the top floor of the hotel there is a private dining room and a boardroom with 3 boutique rooms with a cost of $155 per night.
The Distillery has been already getting reservations from across Europe.
