Yalova Thermal Palace: Opening in May 2017 but Reservations Fulfilled

Located in the Northwestern part of Turkey, Yalova is near the eastern coast of the Marmara Sea where the Karaderili Group, aims with the Yalova Thermal Palace to introduce the natural gift, the healing waters of Turkey to everywhere around the World starting from Europe to America, from the Middle East to Asia.

The 840 rooms hotel which is planned to be opened in May 2017 is foreseen to have as many visitors as the population of Yalova.

Since the beginning of 2016, the marketing activities of the Yalova Thermal Palace hotel started actively and are going on especially in Europe, in the Turkic Republics and the Middle East with 15 sales offices. The Karaderili Group also aims to make the place one of the most important meeting points of businesses within the Marmara region.

All the reservations for the year 2017 are already fully booked, so states the authorities of the Karaderili Group and points out that although there were some difficulties for the Turkish Tourism in 2016, the year 2017 is definitely going to be a more positive one.

The owner of the group, Mr. Orhan Karaderili focuses on accurate marketing and adds that “if we succeed in introducing our country well, the tourists come. Turkey is especially the first choice of the guests from the Middle East”.

The hotel targets to increase the capacity of tourism within the region three to four times bigger and predicted is a 20 million US dollar income from the facility.

Being close to Istanbul is also an additional positive side of Yalova which makes the city a more important location and potential for such touristic investments.
